Marc and AJ are both full-time real estate agents, coaches and entrepreneurs based out of Southwest Florida. They met through their previous brokerage, eXp Realty, and instantly knew that they shared common energy, vision, values and drive which compelled them to begin a professional partnership with the goal of inspiring and helping other real estate agents and entrepreneurs achieve more clarity, growth and success in their business and in their lives. Upon learning about LPT Realty, and seeing their same energy, vision and values mirrored within the company, it became clear that LPT Realty was the best partner to help them reach their goals. Marc Ammons
After graduating from the United States Naval Academy and becoming a commissioned Naval Officer, Marc began his training as a Navy Pilot. Following his time in the Navy, he entered the business world and became a Top-Producing salesman in multiple industries including recruiting, military/defense equipment and engineered industrial manufacturing equipment. Marc then discovered his true passion for Real Estate in 2016 and quickly became the #1 producing Agent for a highly reputable custom home builder in Virginia. After relocating to Southwest Florida, Marc continued his real estate career and fell in love with content creation and video marketing for real estate and has grown one of the top YouTube channels in his market. Through his experience in leadership, recruiting, marketing and real estate, Marc is committed to helping other Realtors and Entrepreneurs achieve the life they truly want.
AJ Ackerman
In 2008, AJ was at the lowest point in his life mentally, emotionally and financially. Eager for a new start, he decided to leave Atlanta, GA after 10 years and moved back to Cape Coral, FL, where he graduated high school. He had six months to make something happen and decided to do something he had never done. That’s when he discovered the magic of Real Estate. Falling in love with the industry, in 2009 which was the bottom of the market, he sold 12 homes in 6 months and his career took off from there. From 2009 to 2022 he helped sell over 200 million dollars in real estate and has coached 100’s of Real Estate professionals and entrepreneurs. As a Coach and Leader, his passion is to Educate, Elevate and Inspire other to create the life & business they truly desire. Real Estate is an amazing industry with unlimited possibilities and AJ is committed to sharing his knowledge and skills with those around him.
